Chef Vincent Durin is a passionate, rigorous, creative Chef. He likes to work with fresh, local products, and expresses his love of French cuisine on each plate he creates. Vincent is accompanied by his wife, Christine, who manages all aspects of the front of the house.  Vincent and Christine can be found chatting with guests and ensuring premiere service.
