Dayane's story Fine French Cuisine

Dayane’s Bistro is the brainchild of Chef Riad Mesroua. Located in the cultural heart of beautiful Lake Worth, Florida, Dayane’s offers authentic, fine French food. From a traditional French breakfast to Tapas to a French comfort food dinner, baked goods and more, Dayane’s staff prides themselves on offering the ultimate guest experience. The outdoor garden bistro is the perfect ambiance for a relaxing, breezy meal, and the indoor dining room is tastefully decorated and semi-formal. Along with manager Peter Marsman, Chef and his team deliver the highest quality food and service in the industry. 

Chef Riad Mesroua Our Founder

With over twenty years of experience, Chef is a true culinary master. Specializing in French cuisine, he started as a private chef for many high profile clients. He used this experience to segue into a position as Sous Chef for Oceana Cruise Line, where he managed a team of chefs. He went on to build Caponga, a Bed and Breakfast in Fortaleza, Brazil, where he served as owner and Senior Chef. In 2011, he opened Le Morgan restaurant in Paris, France, a forty seat French cusine eatery. In 2014, Chef became a partner in Big Corner Restaurant, also in Paris, and remains a partner in the managemenet team. He also has several consultancy projects, including Caffee Des Musees in Paris and Enjoy Restaurant in Lille. In November of 2017, he opened Dayane’s in Lake Worth. The restaurant is named after his wife. Chef and Dayane reside in Palm Beach county with their two young sons.
