Vincent’s Bistro offers Palm Beach County authentic French bakery serving fresh baked pastries, baked goods, breakfasts, & lunches. Owners Vincent & Christine Durin are seasoned restaurateurs. Chef Vincent completed an apprenticeship in Charcuterie-Traiteur early in his career and worked in France for many years. He and Christine went on to open two restaurants and a catering service in Quebec. They returned to the South of France 15 years ago, where they eventually created their wildly popular, semi-gastronomic restaurant.
